Making the Switch

Help..I am so confused.
Everything I keep reading tells me I need to switch to wordpress and that I should have done it a long time ago.
I need you all to help me out wit this one. I don’t want to lose everything when I make the switch but as a stay at home mom to 4 kiddo’s I can’t really afford to pay to have someone do it for me either.  Just how important is it that I make this switch. Is it important enough to lose everything I have worked up to at this point?
Help. I will listen to all advise, suggestions and opinions.
Thank you for taking the time to help me out.

Make the move as fast as you can! You won't lose everything, you can import your posts to WP and you can rebuild your Alexa ranking pretty quickly. Also you will get SOOOO much better SEO (search engine rankings) on WordPress. I was with Blogger for several blogs for over 5 years and just moved to WP almost 2 months ago, wish I would have done so a long time ago. I cannot believe how much easier and more professional WP is, how much better my SEO is and how much my traffic has increased just since moving. It is amazing. PS, I am fellow family friendly blogger but I also offer affordable monthly web hosting and help other bloggers move over to WP for a VERY reasonable rate. I will do all the work and make it easy & painless for you! I would be happy to help you out & I have references if you need them. If it's ok I'm going to send you a message through the Contact Form on your site. Thanks! 🙂

Girlllll, I'm in the same boat as you!! Well, I actually started the switch, and even paid for hosting… but haven't even had the time to make the actual wordpress blog, how sad it that!! I need to do it, I need to do it. Maybe if I say it enough it will happen, haha.

what have you been reading and learning? I like my blogger blog. So I am wondering what it is that is making people switch. Doesn't help that I don't like change.
