In My Opinion
This 128 page book had me from page one! I am not exaggerating. I put the kids to bed and cleaned up the house and bit and went to bed with this book in hand. My intentions were to get a start on reading this book but before I knew it I was half done with the book and still reading. I picked this book up and read it completely in one sitting. Now if that doesn’t tell you how I feel about this book I don’t know what will. I received the opportunity to review this book through Handlebar Publishing
. If you enjoy reading and blogging you should really connect with this company. I am and have always beenvery pleased with my relationship with this company.
I have always been intrigued by the Amish life and love reading Amish stories. Meredith and Luke Stoltzfus are newly weds just nearing the end of their first year of marriage but their marital bliss has disappeared. Luke lost his job at a local furniture store 6 months ago due to a lagging economy and he hasn’t found work since. He is unhappy and depressed about their current plight. Meredith is heartbroken over her husbands depression but tries her best to keep her spirits up and not to put any other undue burdens on her husband. One thing she is struggling with, however, is the fact that she believes she may be pregnant but a new turn of events has her lips sealed until she can confirm the pregnancy. As soon as Alex was introduced in the story I new what was going to happen but it didn’t really affect the story to me. I am sitting on pins and needles now anxiously awaiting part 2! How could you leave me with such a cliff hanger, Wanda E. Brunstetter?
