Teflon PFA and Teflon FEP provide the same benefits because both coatings produce a nonporous film. However, a Teflon PFA coating offers a few extra advantages since it’s much thicker and tougher.

By using these plastic coatings, you can keep all of your highly valuable items properly protected. In most cases, you won’t have to apply a Teflon coating into common household items because many manufacturers spray on the film during the manufacturing process.
