I really like this book. Gregory Jantz is one of my favorite authors, so I was excited to read this book.
In part one, he starts off explaining that you are not alone and talks about what anxiety disorders, panic attacks and phobia’s (fears) are and how to identify them. Dr. Jantz goes on to speak about all the ways in which these conditions affect our bodies and it’s NOT in a good way. Therefore, it is so important to seek help. He talks about how harmful self-medicating can be and the different ways people try self-medicating and how hard that is on our bodies and minds. He talks about how it does not just affect us but how it affects our relationships as well.
Part two goes on to talk about how to experience relief from the symptoms you experience when dealing with these conditions. There is not one quick fix answer for everything. He offers many ways and things people can do to help them experience relief. There are some activities to help you along the way. Maybe you need to learn to relax and how to say no to little things. Maybe you need to be more proactive, take baby steps, take care of business. Maybe you can experience relief through taking charge of your health and making good choices or maybe you just need God in your life. This book offers multiple suggestions, so you can find what works best for you.

I marked it four out of five stars because it was a little dry in sections and I found myself having to stop and take breaks. The content is good, the information is invaluable, and I suggest this to anyone struggling with anxiety disorders, fears and/or depression.
