Three Cups Review

We thought this was a brilliant story and idea. This is something I feel is very important to teach our children to stop financial hardship before it ever happens. If we train them up right as children hopefully they won’t have to suffer when they are adults. My daughter, 11, “works” for our neighbor who is off in Afghanistan. He has a friend living in the home taking care of things but my daughter goes over several times a week and plays with his two “girls” doggies, walks them on a leash and cleans up their mess in the yard. She gets her check in the mail every week and is actually doing an amazing job at saving up her money in the bank but we haven’t implemented the charitable aspect of it nor do we have such a great system in place as this book explains to us.
After reading the story my daughter decided it was a good idea as well and is something we will sit down and discuss and establish and my 4 year old son want to start this up too. He LOVES money already but is very eager to give it to other and/or spend the money in his piggy bank so I think this is something we may start with him soon too.
This is a book I WILL recommend to my friends and family as well as to the parents and grandparents that may be reading my blog. This will be $10.00 spent that you won’t regret. It is available for purchase online in many locations. You can buy it direct by clicking HERE.
