My Review

Anyone with chronic foot pain knows what it is like to live with daily pain. My foot pain started after working as a CNA in a nursing home putting in twelve-hour shifts and walking more than 12 miles within that time. I wouldn’t want to even stand up the day after my shifts because my feet hurt so bad. Graduating from nursing school, I knew my days of twelve hour shifts would continue and I knew I needed to find an answer or at least some kind of relief.

I received the opportunity to try out this product and, of course, I jumped at the opportunity. I was excited to open the package and try them out. The braces are pretty much a one size fits all for women and one size for men. They have a Velcro strap that you adjust on the top of your foot while the arch support with nodes goes into the arch area on your sole.

The heel cushions are simply inserted into your shoe and can be removed and placed in other shoes so you don’t have to buy multiple ones but you can just move them from one pair of shoes to another.

I am happy to report that I am a changed woman! My heels used to feel like they are completely bruised at the end of a long day. The heel cushions have taken my pain away. I, obviously walk very heavily on my heels. I have tried special shoes from those feet specialty stores and I have tried many different types of insoles but nothing helped. These heel cushions were my answer and maybe they can be your answer too. Maybe you need the arch support to help alleviate your foot pain. The arch supports did not help me so I do not use those anymore but I wear the heel cushions daily.

I would highly recommend anyone with foot pain give them a try. They only cost $14.96 and are prime eligible right now on Amazon. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B06VVP26H8

Even though the arch supports did not work for me, the heel cushions have alleviated my foot pain so I am giving this product combination five out of five stars!!
